Privacy notice
This notice explains the information IDEA processes, why it is needed, who can receive it, how long it is kept and how an authorized person can request access, correction or deletion.
IDEA Group of Technologies Private Limited operates this website and managed business-messaging platform from Pakistan. This notice covers public enquiries, managed-order requests, customer workspaces and support. A client's accepted order can add stricter instructions without reducing rights required by law.
Depending on the service used, IDEA processes business and administrator identity, contact and billing details; Meta business, WABA and phone-number identifiers; authorized workspace users; messages, media, contacts, consent, templates, approved knowledge and call records; configuration, device, security, delivery, usage and support logs. Public forms must never contain passwords, OTPs or private API secrets.
Information is used to review onboarding, provision and authenticate workspaces, connect authorized WhatsApp assets, receive and deliver communications, provide Inbox, template, campaign, automation, AI, Calling and IVR functions, calculate usage, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate failures and meet legal or provider obligations. IDEA does not sell client message content or use it for unrelated advertising.
The client controls its customer content and remains responsible for lawful notices, consent, audience selection and approved content. IDEA processes workspace content only to operate configured functions, follow authorized administrator actions, provide support and perform security or safety review. Client workspaces and access roles remain separated.
Provider tokens and app secrets are accepted only through protected administrative workflows, stored in restricted encrypted form and never returned to ordinary browser screens. IDEA uses role-based access, tenant separation, bounded logs and explicit confirmations for real messages, calls and provider changes. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected compromise should be reported immediately.
Authorized WhatsApp data is exchanged with Meta to connect accounts and provide messaging or calling. Hosting, communications, email and specialist processing providers may handle the minimum data needed for their function under applicable agreements and safeguards. Processing can occur outside Pakistan where a provider operates; provider terms and regional availability continue to apply.
A managed-order request that is not accepted and remains inactive for 90 days is removed during the next maintenance cycle. Active workspace content is retained for the service period and the client-specific operational or legal period. Temporary AI-analysis files are removed after the relevant processing where supported. Security, billing, consent and audit records may be retained longer when needed for disputes, fraud prevention, provider rules or law.
An authorized user may ask IDEA to identify, correct, export or delete applicable account and workspace data. Requests are verified to protect the client and its customers; lawful retention or another person's rights can limit deletion. Use the public Data Deletion page or email admin@ideagroup.tech. Removing the Meta app connection does not by itself erase records that IDEA must independently remove or retain.
The service is for authorized business users and is not directed to children. Clients must not intentionally use IDEA to collect children's data or highly sensitive information unless their lawful basis, notices, safeguards and written service scope permit it. Public forms must not contain credentials, payment-card data, identity documents or private customer message content.
IDEA may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change and will publish the updated date here. Material client-impacting changes will be communicated through a reasonable service channel where required. Privacy, correction and deletion enquiries: admin@ideagroup.tech.
